What North Vancouver homes actually need
Twice the rainfall of downtown, and it shows
The North Shore mountains wring far more rain out of the sky than the city floor gets, and homes under tree cover in Lynn Valley, Deep Cove and Seymour deal with the consequences year-round: moss on north-facing walkways, algae streaking on siding, and cedar debris packed into every exterior corner. Our pressure washing here is seasonal rather than one-off, and we use a soft-wash approach on cedar and painted siding, because high pressure on those surfaces drives water behind the cladding.
Trailheads mean mud comes indoors
Homes near Grouse, Lynn Canyon, Mount Seymour and the Baden-Powell see constant boot and paw traffic through the entry. Entryway carpet and stair runners take the worst of it, and by late winter that is ground-in grit rather than surface dirt. Hot-water extraction lifts it; surface vacuuming does not, which is why carpet cleaning is one of our most-booked North Vancouver services.

Cleaning in North Vancouver — common questions
Do you cover Deep Cove and Lynn Valley, not just Lonsdale?
Yes — the whole District and City of North Vancouver, including Deep Cove, Lynn Valley, Edgemont, Seymour and both Lonsdale corridors.
When is the best time to pressure wash on the North Shore?
Late spring, once the wet season has finished depositing moss and cedar debris, and again in early autumn before the rain returns. Two visits a year keeps walkways from becoming genuinely slippery.
Can you get winter trail mud out of carpet?
In most cases, yes. We use hot-water extraction rather than surface shampooing, which pulls embedded grit out of the pile instead of pushing it deeper. Long-standing stains are not guaranteed, and we will tell you honestly what we expect before we start.
