What areas of Metro Vancouver do you cover?
We clean across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North and West Vancouver, Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Delta and Langley. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in that area.
How much does a house cleaning cost in Vancouver?
It depends on size, bathroom count and condition rather than a flat rate, because a one-bedroom condo and a three-level house are not the same job. Tell us the property and we will give you a firm number instead of a range you cannot plan around.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Every cleaner who enters your home is insured, bonded and background-checked before their first shift.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, and most of our regular clients are not. We can work from a lockbox, a building fob or concierge access, and we will confirm the arrangement with you in writing before the first visit.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included — including eco-friendly products as standard. If you would rather we used something specific you already own, leave it out and tell us.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. We would rather fix it than lose you over something we missed.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days for a regular clean, and about a week for month-end move-outs, which are our busiest slots. Same-day is sometimes possible — call and ask.
